The service provided by the staff was impeccable, they were friendly and attentive to my needs. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a relaxing atmosphere after a long day of exploring. The facilities were also top-notch, with a spa, sauna, fitness center, and two beautiful swimming pools. The hotel also provided wifi, which was a great convenience for me. Would come back for sure and enjoy a pleasant stay. The breakfast is complimentary with a large choise of dishes, has good food. Brand-new and large rooms with twin beds are accompanied by excellent service. The staff is very professional at all the levels.

The hotel's location was great, with plenty of food and stores nearby to explore. During our stay over the Christmas holiday, the hotel had festive decorations throughout, which added to the holiday spirit. To our delight, our family room was spacious enough for us and our two kids.
Our stay was marred by the amount of mosquitoes around the restaurant area. We were constantly swatting them away while trying to enjoy our meals.
